GOOD TO KNOW

A few answers
before you begin.

Still have a question?
Does creating an account mean my loan is approved?

No. Registration approval gives you access to your account. A loan application is a separate request reviewed by the responsible offices.

Which ID should I prepare?

Registration asks for your school ID. The loan application asks for your parent or guardian’s valid ID with signature. Make sure the uploaded image is complete and readable.

How do I choose my payment date?

Choose your intended payment date within 30 days when filling out the loan form. Review the date shown in your application before submitting.

Why can’t I start an application yet?

Your registration must be approved, Assessment must set up your balance, and an application period must be available. Check your dashboard for the next step.

AVOID AN EXTRA ROUND OF CORRECTIONS

A final check
before you submit.

Review these details carefully so the office has the information it needs.

Use the correct IDs.

Upload your school ID for registration. For the loan application, use your parent or guardian’s valid ID with signature.

Keep documents readable.

Include the full document, readable details, and the required signature. Review the image before submitting it.

Check your payment plan.

Confirm the amount you can pay and your intended date. The date must be within 30 days when you fill out the form.

If your application is returned, read the remarks and update the requested details before resubmitting.
